MISSIONS
As part of the Supervision/Operation/Administration Service Center, you will manage the provision of systems administration, IS security and, more generally, the maintenance of systems in operational condition.
You will participate in our projects in constantly evolving technological environments.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Windows Server / Linux
- Azure / Microsoft 365
- Virtualization: Vmware/ Hyper-V
- Switching / routing: Cisco / Aruba
- Firewall: Fortinet / Sophos / Palo alto
- Backup: Veeam or equivalent solution
- Supervision: Centreon
- Storage: SAN / NAS / ISCSI / FC
- A or B driving licence
Certifications in one or more of these products would be a plus.

User support technician (M/F)

MISSIONS
As part of the User Support Service Center, you will be responsible for handling customer requests and incidents.
At the request of users, you provide maintenance (remote or on-site) for IT equipment.
After qualifying the incidents encountered by customers, you solve the problems linked to the workstation and its network environment.
If necessary, escalate the incident to the relevant skills center.

SKILLS REQUIRED
With an IT background, you have a real sense of service.
You are familiar with workstation and local network components:
- Office 365
- Windows 10
- Network knowledge (switching and routing)
- Rigorous monitoring and maintenance of existing procedures
- Telephone skills
- Stress resistance
- Sense of pedagogy
- English is a plus
Knowledge of Linux operating environments would be a plus.
